I am not a zionist. I am not Jewish. I am not Israeli. In fact I am Italian Catholic, who just so happened to have studied a great deal of middle eastern history and current affairs. I am sorry to burst your ‘bubble’ but it is not as clear cut and simple as you make out. You need to read your history more, as well as the present and see the many terrorist organisations currently operating within Gaza strip launching systematic attacks and propaganda campaigns every day. Hamas is bad news period. Websites and campaigns like yours do nothing but stir more hatred. But if that’s what you want, then it is your right to have the freedom in which to do it. You just need to bank on people not reading their history.

Says a lot more about Sylvie (and other Zios) than she realises. Not a word mentioned about apartheid Israel’s violations of international law and the countless injustices committed against the Palestinian people. Sylvie, read our replies to your ramblings below.

Sylvie, your comment follows a similar pattern used over and over by Zio-nuts who clearly expose themselves as defenders of the apartheid state.
You fail to address the heinous crimes committed by the Israeli government or condemn the oppression and injustice taking place against the Palestinians, but instead try to deflect attention away by raising issues involving other countries.
Have you ever campaigned for human rights? We doubt it.
The part of your comment where you accuse the Rt Honourable Caroline Lucas MP of being an “ignorant, arrogant narrow-minded bigot who happens to have a bit of power and is abusing her position,” says much more about you than it does about her.
Think about it.
Boycotting legal companies that employ Palestinians and Israelis, and manufacture in a legal zone (C) should not be treated in this appalling way. Your actions compare with the Nazi boycott of the 1930′s nothing less than that. When will you admit that it is the destruction of a Jewish State that you desire. You cannot bear to see Israel thriving and contributing to the world in every sphere – medicine, technology, science, arts, law, Every thing that you use on a daily basis; computers, mobile phones (4g cellular revolution uses Israeli chipset) Developing solar power, electric cars. The list is very long. I really don’t think you should be using any of those things if you really want to boycott properly!!
Sylvie, BDS is a tactic, with a few products and sectors chosen carefully and strategically according to what can work.
It’s not necessary to boycott everything to achieve the goal of isolating Israel enough to exert pressure towards real change.
By the way, if the Nazis didn’t exist, what would you call people who disagree with you?
Well done, you must be so proud of yourselves for damaging the healthcare of the UK by helping stop get drugs to those who desperately need it due to your demonization of Israel. Michael, we didn’t realise that Ahava was part of the NHS. So as part of your treatment, here are some answers from End the Occupation’s BDS FAQ page for you to read and digest:
BDS will hurt the Palestinians who are just as dependent on the Israeli economy as the Israeli’s are.
This is the same argument that was used against boycotting South African products. Lecturing the oppressed on what is best for them is patronising and ill-conceived. Any oppressed community can decide for itself what price it is willing to pay to attain freedom, justice and equal rights. South Africans stated clearly that losing their employment was a small price for freedom to live and work. Palestinians say the same.
Forcing Israel to reverse these policies will undoubtedly benefit the Palestinian economy in the long-run.
Quite often people who use this argument tend to be unabashed Israel-supporters whose bluff needs to be called. If it is concern about Palestinian well-being that motivates them, are they willing to unequivocally condemn Israeli occupation and apartheid—without a doubt the main causes of Palestinian suffering—with the same vigilance as they do BDS?
So Michael, if you’re so concerned about the Palestinians, are you willing to condemn Israeli occupation and apartheid that is the main cause of their suffering?

This is an appalling article totally biased. There are 1.5m Arabs in Israel, how many Jews are there in Jordan? Israeli Arabs elect 10 members to the Knesset – how many black people were elected to the old South African parliament? Arabs serve in the Judiciary, the Israeli Army and the police in Israel. The author of this article is extremely biased and quite anti Semitic.
I have just been to the West Bank and met some deeply oppressed people but they were Christian Palestinians living on the West Bank whose only crime was that they were once Muslims but chose to become Christians. They cant say this openly because they would be arrested by the PA; some have been tortured for their faith in Christ. What does the BDS movement say about this? or the inclusion of Sharia Law in the Draft constitution of the PA? or the recent kidnapping and forced conversion this past July of 2 Christians in Gaza (according to Bishop Alkesius, head of the Orthodox community in the Gaza Strip)????? Is the Palestinian Solidarity Campaign concerned about the growing Apartheid in Gaza, if one is a non Muslim?
Congratulations Patrick! You’re an official ‘Zio-nut’ because nowhere in your rambling email do you address the injustices suffered by Palestinians, or the many crimes committed by Israel. Like all Zio-nuts, you label those who criticise Israel as anti-Semitic and try to deflect and excuse Israel’s 64 years of committing genocide by highlighting (real or imagined) human rights abuses committed by other entities. After reading this, I have decided to buy more Ahava products.I hope you realize that most of the so called Palestinians are decended from the worker from mostly Egypt brought in by the Ottoman Turks.
